Welcome! My name is Liz and I am passionate about bringing peace and balance to your mind, body, and spirit, through proven bodywork therapies.
I offer mobile appointments in Northwest Arkansas, serving Bentonville, Rogers, and Bella Vista.
I have an extensive background in holistic healing, including prior experience in pediatric psychiatry as a staff nurse and nurse educator, as well as experience as a yoga teacher, and as an energy healing facilitator and coach. I have completed specialized training in myofascial release, Marma therapy (acupressure), Ayurvedic face treatments, Ashiatsu DeepFeet Bar Therapy, Reiki, multidimensional energy healing, and shamanic healing. I completed my massage therapy certification at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas in 2016 and before that I obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at the University of Texas in Arlington in 2010.

Face, Body, and Soul Ritual
Nurture your mind, body, and spirit with a custom massage followed by a luxurious face treatment. The face treatment uses ancient Ayurvedic techniques, and consciously-clean and natural skin botanicals. This holistic service includes dry skin exfoliation using silk garshana, a Marmani (acupressure) face and neck massage, a pH-balancing and soothing kansa wand face treatment, reflexology of the hands of feet, along with a toning cleanse, a nourishing mask, a hydrating moisturizer, and finishing with a rejuvenating serum.
